In order to meet the demand for program hosts due to the development of the broadcasting industry, Nanyang Radio has submitted to the superior authorities and the personnel department for approval and decided to openly select and recruit male announcers and hosts. The specific matters are announced as follows:

1. Conditions

Age under 28 years old, college degree or above, passionate about broadcasting and hosting; have good voice conditions, standard Mandarin; personality in voice and language Smooth, unique and fashionable hosting style. In principle, it is mainly men, and women with particularly outstanding conditions can be treated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Format

Recruitment is conducted in the form of a selection competition, which is divided into three stages: preliminary, semi-finals and finals.

3. Time and content of the selection competition

The content of the competition includes self-introduction, news broadcast, hosting of prescribed micro-programs, on-site topic selection and unscripted impromptu commentary, etc. Preliminary rounds will begin on July 10th.

4. Recruitment and treatment

Based on the program’s demand for hosts, the radio station will hire 3 to 5 contestants. Recruitment personnel shall follow the spirit of the reform of the personnel system of public institutions. Those who have worked in the position for one year and passed the assessment shall implement the personnel agency system and sign a formal employment contract.

From the date of the announcement to July 5th, participants should bring their ID card, graduation certificate, and 3 personal bareheaded photos (one inch) to the chief editor's office on the second floor of Nanyang Radio Station in the middle of Funiu Road.
