(2) Recruitment objects and conditions for the “Special Post Plan” of provinces, cities (prefectures, prefectures), and counties

3. Recruitment Principles

(1) Teacher recruitment adheres to the principles of "openness, fairness, voluntariness, and merit selection" and the "three determinations" (defining counties, schools, and positions).

(2) Priority will be given to the recruitment of full-time undergraduate graduates from general colleges and universities whose applied subjects are consistent with their majors and qualified teaching substitutes in the county.

(3) Which plan category (referring to the national, provincial, prefecture, and county "special post plan") teachers will be assigned to special positions according to the plan type (referring to the national, provincial, prefecture, and county "special post plan"), and the city (state, prefecture), county (city) , district, special zone) Education Bureau determines based on the applicant's conditions and job requirements.

(4) The teachers recruited are arranged in rural primary and secondary schools below the county level (excluding county seats). In principle, the teachers recruited under the national "Special Post Plan" are arranged in rural townships (towns) junior high schools and junior high schools below the county level. 4. Recruitment Procedures

Recruitment of teachers for special positions is carried out through procedures such as announcement of recruitment positions, registration, qualification review, examination, admission, contract signing, and training.

Recruitment is divided into two stages. The first phase recruits full-time general college undergraduate graduates who meet the application requirements (the applied subjects must be consistent or similar to the major they are studying) and those who have obtained a teacher qualification certificate, are under 45 years old, and have been teaching for more than 5 consecutive years and are still in teaching positions. Substitute teachers in the county. The second phase recruits other qualified personnel. After the first phase of recruitment is completed, the second phase of recruitment positions will be announced and the second phase of recruitment will begin.

The recruitment examination is divided into written examination and interview. The first stage of the examination does not require a written test and only has an interview; the second stage of the examination has a written test and an interview. The written examination is organized uniformly by the province. The municipal (state, local) education bureau is responsible for organizing the examination administration, marking, score statistics, interviews, physical examinations and admissions of the written examination.

2. Qualification review

After passing the qualification review, applicants will enter the interview process.

3. Interview and physical examination

Interview time: May 7-8, 2008. The total interview score is 100 points. The specific interview methods are formulated by each city (state, prefecture).

Physical examination time: May 8-9, 2008. 4. Admission and signing

Only those who pass the interview and physical examination can enter the admission process. The admission principle is based on the application form and interview scores from high scores to low scores. If undergraduate graduates who meet the conditions for exemption from the written examination are unsuccessful in the county where they apply, the municipal (state, prefecture) education bureau will make timely adjustments in the "Special Post Plan" counties under the jurisdiction of the region based on their second choice. 5. Report and publish the first-stage recruitment, admission and contract list

(2) Second phase of recruitment

1. Registration: May 22-June 2, 2008.

3. Obtain the admission ticket and check the examination arrangements

After June 12, those who have passed the preliminary qualification review must check the specific examination arrangements on the Guizhou Education Network, download and print the admission ticket. Examination arrangements shall be submitted to the Normal Education Office of the Provincial Department of Education together with the list of qualified candidates in each city (state, prefecture) education bureau.

4. Examination

(1) Written examination

Written examination content: The written examination questions are divided into junior high school and primary school.

Junior high schools have separate propositions according to the subjects applied for. Each set of questions is worth a total of 100 points, of which 70 points are for the professional knowledge of the subject you applied for and 30 points are for the overall quality of the teacher. Professional knowledge includes basic professional knowledge from high school to university level, mainly university level knowledge. The comprehensive quality of teachers includes the basic requirements for professional ethics for primary and secondary school teachers, basic knowledge of pedagogy and educational psychology at the junior college level, and domestic current affairs and politics from August 2007 to April 2008.

Elementary schools are divided into liberal arts and science subjects. Candidates who apply for primary school Chinese, English, moral character, music, physical education, art, dance and other subjects (or majors) take the liberal arts test questions; candidates who apply for primary school mathematics, nature or science (including experiments), and information technology take the science test questions. Each set of questions is worth a total of 100 points, of which 70 points are for the professional knowledge of the subject you applied for and 30 points are for the overall quality of the teacher. In the professional knowledge section, the liberal arts test questions cover basic Chinese knowledge from secondary school normal school to junior college, and the science test questions cover basic mathematics knowledge from secondary normal school to junior college, both of which focus on junior college level knowledge. The comprehensive quality content of teachers is the same as the test questions for junior high schools, but it contains a small amount of content for secondary school teachers in the basic knowledge of pedagogy and educational psychology.

Written test time: 9:00-11:30 am on June 22.

Written test location: There are 8 test centers across the province. Applicants must take the test at the location of the city (state, local) government (administrative office) of the county where they applied for the first choice with their admission ticket and ID card.

The written test results and the list of interviewees are announced: the written test results are compiled by the education bureaus of each city (state, prefecture), and are based on the number of recruitments according to the categories of the national, provincial, prefecture and county "Special Post Plan" The ratio of 1:1.5 determines the interviewees according to the subjects and written test scores from high to low (when the number of people taking the test is less than the number of recruitment, all candidates will be interviewed).

(2) Interview

Applicants who enter the interview scope must conduct interviews at the time and place specified by the county of the "Special Post Plan". 5. Physical examination

Personnel participating in the physical examination will be selected from high scores to low scores according to the counties, subjects and written test scores of the "Special Post Plan" in a ratio of 1:1.3 to the number of recruitments, from interviews to Determine among qualified candidates (when the number of qualified candidates for interview is lower than the number recruited, all candidates will enter the physical examination). 6. Admission and contract signing

Anyone who fails to sign an employment contract within the stipulated time will be deemed to have given up their admission qualifications.

Admission and signing must be completed before July 18.

7. Report and publish the list of admitted contract personnel

The municipal (state, prefecture) education bureau must summarize and review the list of admitted contract personnel (including stamps) before July 22 The text of the official seal and Excel spreadsheet (see Attachment 3 for the format) are submitted to the Normal Education Office of the Provincial Department of Education, and will be published on the Guizhou Education Network on July 24 after provincial review.

5. Pre-job training and registration
