According to the circular, there are 55 buildings in the second phase of Dali Canghai Golf Tourism Comprehensive Project, with a construction area of 24,054.88 square meters and a basement area of 15.69 mu. Located on the west side of Taihō Highway and the north side of Meixi. Dali Canghai Golf Resort Co., Ltd. started construction in August 2004 without going through the examination and approval procedures for land use, project establishment, planning and construction, which has constituted an illegal act of "building without approval".

According to the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, the Urban and Rural Planning Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws and regulations, and the relevant requirements for the renovation of illegal villas, Dali Natural Resources Bureau confiscated 55 buildings illegally built by Dali Canghai Golf Resort Co., Ltd. according to law, and the implementation has been completed. Because the project did not go through the examination and approval procedures of project establishment, land use, planning and construction, it started construction without authorization, and the circumstances were serious, so it was impossible to take corrective measures to eliminate the impact. After research, it was decided to demolish 55 confiscated illegal buildings.

According to Dali Daily, as early as 20 19 12, the law enforcement department of Dali Tourism Resort Management Committee confiscated 55 buildings illegally built by Dali Canghai Golf Resort Co., Ltd. and implemented them. In June this year, 16 and 15 excavators started operation, and 55 illegal villas confiscated according to law were demolished. At that time, it was reported that the demolition and greening work would be completed on June 30th.

According to industrial and commercial data, Dali Canghai Golf Resort Co., Ltd. was established in 2002, with legal representatives Hu Xinghua, Dali Zhong Yi Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Kunming Xingjie Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Xingjie International Investment Group Co., Ltd. holding 49%, 25.6% and 25.4% respectively.

The business scope of the company includes building and operating golf courses and member clubs, organizing golf training competitions, supporting rooms, restaurants, fitness services and entertainment facilities (for approval after the completion of entertainment projects); Construction and operation of member villas (after obtaining qualification).

Dali Canghai Golf Resort Co., Ltd. includes Dali Canghai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., which holds 69.7%, and Dali Guoling Holiday Hotel Co., Ltd., which holds 100%.
