Seven. Party A's responsibilities:

3. Party A is responsible for coordinating the construction cooperation between other types of work.

Eight. Party B's responsibilities:

1. Party B shall carry out the construction according to the corresponding national construction specifications and external wall insulation construction technology. Party B shall reasonably arrange the construction according to Party A's construction progress, obey the project management, and shall not delay the construction period for any reason.

2. Party B's operators entering the construction site must be familiar with the construction technology of external wall insulation and be skilled in operation. Non-professionals are prohibited from operating external walls. The accommodation and meals of Party B's workers shall be uniformly arranged by Party B, and Party A shall provide workers with rest places.

3. After the acceptance of the project, Party B shall be on call during the warranty period, otherwise Party A has the right to entrust other personnel to carry out maintenance, and the expenses shall be borne by Party B. ..

4. In the process of construction, Party B shall establish a complete safety guarantee system and arrange special personnel to regularly check the safety protection articles of construction machinery and construction workers. Carry out construction correctly in accordance with safety technical regulations, and do not operate illegally, otherwise all safety accidents will be borne by Party B. ..

5. Party B shall carry out the construction in strict accordance with the national safety operation regulations and civilized construction standards, otherwise Party A has the right to take punishment measures against Party B according to the Measures for the Administration of Project Management Punishment. After the project is completed, Party B shall clean up the construction waste on the construction site in time so as to clean up the site after work.

Nine. Other matters:

If there are any matters not covered in this contract, Party A and Party B may sign a supplementary agreement through consultation, and the supplementary agreement has the same legal effect as this contract.
