Responsible for the collection, use, management and supervision of land and resources fees and compensation fees in the city, and the collection of land transfer fees in urban areas. Compile and implement the annual budget targets of the bureau, directly affiliated units and land and resources management, and formulate financial accounting systems; To undertake the financial management of land and resources funds and other funds allocated by the municipal finance and higher authorities; To supervise, manage and audit the finance of the directly affiliated units, and undertake the comprehensive statistical work of the city's land and resources management; Responsible for the plan review, approval, property registration and management of investment, infrastructure and shopping.
