In the second year of Emperor Suzong's reign in the Tang Dynasty (AD 756), Baoan County was renamed Baoning County. In the first year of the Qianyuan year of Emperor Suzong of the Tang Dynasty (AD 758), Gaoliang County was renamed Gaozhou and governed Baoning County. Therefore, it was governed in Luyue Village, Mata Town, Dianbai County, Guangde today.
