Would you choose to be a chicken head in a small company or a phoenix tail in a big company?

In this regard, my view is: this is a question of choice, which needs to be judged by comprehensively considering personal development orientation and needs. I personally make different choices according to different stages and needs.

At the beginning of my career, I may be more willing to be the phoenix tail of a big company. The reason is:

This is also one of the important reasons for choosing a big company.

And the working environment and welfare of big companies are more attractive. Large companies can provide decent salary, perfect labor protection and vacation system, which is also a certain advantage compared with small companies.

But with the accumulation of work experience and the gradual clarity of career orientation, I will also have the choice to transfer to a small company. The advantages of small companies are greater autonomy and faster career development. Holding a core management position in a small company has greater autonomy and influence, and also has a faster career promotion speed. In this way, you can realize your self-worth faster and accelerate your career development.

To sum up, I will choose different working environments according to different career stages and needs. In the initial stage, I will be more inclined to choose big companies to get growth opportunities; In the future, small companies will be considered to achieve rapid development and self-worth.
