In the national highway network planning (20 13 -2030), the direction of G85 15 is Guang 'an-Yongchuan-Luzhou, and the actual direction is Guang 'an-Vu Thang-Tongnan-Dazu-Rongchang-Luzhou.

Guangyu Road Expressway-Section Direction

Northern Sichuan Section: This section consists of two different high-speed sections: one is the jujube hill Interchange of Guang 'an-Suining Expressway to Pengnan Hub of Pengxi County, and the other is the Nanyu-Luzhou Expressway from Pengnan Hub of Pengxi County to Nanmuwan Section of Sichuan-Chongqing Boundary. It starts from jujube hill Interchange Hub of Nanguanglin Expressway (G42) in the west, connects with Chongqing-Guangzhou Expressway (G85 main line) at Luoguang Interchange, passes through towns and villages such as Longfei, Baiping, Zhongming, Shipan, Longnv, Jinniu and Marseille in Wusheng County, and interchanges at Pengnan Hub in Pengxi County to Nanmu Bay at the junction of Sichuan and Chongqing.

Chongqing Section: It starts from Nanmuwan, Yanzhai Village, Baolong Town, Tongnan County, passes through Dazu District and ends at Wu Tong Temple, Qingjiang Town, Rongchang County. It has a total length of139.12 km, a design speed of 80Km/h, and is built according to the standard of two-way four-lane expressway, with a subgrade width of 24.5m and a total investment of/kloc-. It is planned to set up five interchanges or interchanges in Wofo, Tangba, Tianjia (hub, intersecting with G93 Sui Yu Expressway), Luyuxi and Baolong. It is about 27 kilometers in Dazu District, passing through towns and streets such as Zhong 'ao, Longgang, Baoxing, Sandu and Longshi. There is an interchange in Zhong 'ao, a service area in Longgang and an interchange hub in Sandu (intersecting with G5003 Yurong Expressway). There are three interchanges in Rongchang County, about 37 kilometers, passing through Hebao, Huazheng, Xu Xi, Guangfu, Qingsheng, Qingjiang and other towns. Among them, an interchange hub is set up in Kaiyuan Village, Xu Xi, which intersects with the main line of G85.

South Sichuan section: Lurong Expressway, with a total length of 4 1.65km and a total investment of 3.866 billion yuan, is built according to the standard of two-way four-lane expressway, with a design speed of 80km/h and a subgrade width of 24.5m It starts near Yan Ma Reservoir on the Sichuan-Chongqing border, and goes south through Dongfang Town, Qifeng Town, Yunlong Town of Lu Xian County, Longmatan District of Luzhou City, and the completed G. The project is under the responsibility of Sichuan Lu Yu Expressway Development Co., Ltd., which started in February 20 14, and is expected to be completed and opened to traffic in 20 18, with a construction period of 3 years.

Guangyu Road Expressway-Significance

The expressway starts from Guang 'an of Hurong Expressway (G42), crosses the G85 main line to the west, and intersects with Lanhai Expressway (G75), Chengsui-Chongqing Expressway in Tongnan County (G93), Yurong Expressway in Dazu District (G5003) and Chengyu Expressway in Rongchang County (G85) in Wusheng County, and finally becomes Luchi Expressway (G42/KLOC). The urban counties that the line passes through have a land area of 22,700 square kilometers and a population of12.2 million.
