Because part-time teachers are not easy to manage, managers are needed to maintain the relationship with them. Followed by reception and sales. We need course consultants to receive freshmen, know their Chinese level and learning purpose in detail, and convey them to the teaching department, which will make a teaching plan and recommend the teaching materials and words that students need, and can provide a trial lecture to let students know our teaching methods and give teachers an opportunity to know their level. In addition, there are sales people who come to the company to promote our courses by phone or on-site. And regularly do some magazine and newspaper advertising. The third is educational administration, which manages students' files and is responsible for the purchase and copying of teaching materials. I can undertake both teaching management and educational administration, and I have experience in these two aspects before.
