First, the recruitment target and number of people

Experts and lawyers engaged in legal education, legal research and legal practice in institutions of higher learning, scientific research institutes and law firms within the administrative area of Taiyuan City. The recruitment quota is 3.

Second, the recruitment conditions

(1) The selection of experts as government legal advisers shall meet the following conditions:

1. Abide by the Constitution and laws, and have good conduct and professional ethics;

2. It has a certain influence in the field of law teaching, law research and law practice;

3. Have an associate professor of law (or equivalent) or above, or have a master's degree in law;

4, understand social conditions and public opinion, familiar with government work rules;

6. Have enough time and energy to provide legal services;

7. There is no other situation that is not suitable for being a government legal adviser.

(2) A lawyer who employs a government legal adviser shall meet the following conditions:

1. Abide by the Constitution and laws, and have good conduct and professional ethics;

2. Have more than five years of practical experience and strong professional ability;

3, understand social conditions and public opinion, familiar with government work rules;

4. I and my law firm have not been subject to administrative punishment by the judicial administrative department or industrial punishment by the lawyers association in the past three years;

5. Have enough time and energy to provide legal services;

6. There is no other situation that is not suitable for being a government legal adviser.

Third, the selection methods and procedures

(1) Registration

Anyone who meets the registration requirements shall fill in the Application Form for Legal Adviser of Gujiao Municipal People's Government (see Annex), and submit two originals of the application form within the specified time, including the applicant's personal identity card, academic certificate, professional title certificate, lawyer qualification certificate and other materials that can prove that the applicant meets the selection conditions 1 copy. The applicant should also provide proof that he has not been punished by his unit. The application materials must be sealed by themselves and sent directly, and will not be returned.

(5) Publicity

The list of candidates will be publicized to the public through the website of Gujiao Municipal Government.

(6) Submitting for approval

After the expiration of the publicity period, the candidate without objection shall be reported to the Gujiao Municipal People's Government for approval.

(7) Appointment
