According to the different recruitment positions, the recruitment examination is organized and implemented in two categories: high-level talents and those with bachelor degree or below:

Position starting with position code A: Take a "structured interview" approach. Total score 100 points, retained to two decimal places. If the number of people actually taking the exam is less than or equal to the number of people planned for the recruitment position, candidates must achieve an interview score of 70 or above before entering the medical examination and inspection.

Position starting with position code B: Take "written test+structured interview". The total score is 100, of which the written test (including basic medical knowledge and professional medical knowledge required by the corresponding post) and structured interview scores are 100 respectively. The calculation method of the total score of candidates is: the written test score accounts for 50% of the total score, and the interview score accounts for 50% of the total score, both of which are reserved to two decimal places. In principle, the ratio of the number of people who have passed the qualification examination to the number of recruitment positions shall not be less than 3: 1. If the proportion does not reach the prescribed level, a written test passing line will be set according to the examination situation, and candidates above the passing line can enter the next examination session. Those who reach the required proportion will be determined to enter the next examination link list according to the written test scores from high to low and the number of recruitment positions and the ratio of 1:3.

The whole examination is divided into four groups at the same time, including hands-free cardiopulmonary resuscitation group and using restraint band group. Taking half an hour as a time period, it not only reduces the waiting time of reference nurses, but also helps invigilators to comment on everyone on the spot and improve the operational skills and psychological quality of new nurses.
