5. Assessment contents of mine managers

Wugang mine managers are five posts set up by the state to standardize coal mine management. According to the relevant regulations, each coal mine must be equipped with a "five-post" mine manager, specifically the mine manager and the deputy mine manager in charge of safety, production, electromechanical and technology. In some places, it is required that the safety mine managers and technical mine managers in the "five posts" mine managers be selected by government departments.

The mine manager is the first person responsible for coal mine safety production. He is fully responsible for the safety production of the whole coal mine. He must firmly establish the idea of safety first and prevention first, conscientiously implement the policy of comprehensive safety management and safe production in production management, strive to improve working conditions, strengthen labor protection, do a good job in employee welfare, and realize safe and civilized production.

Education. "Five members" have college degree or above in coal mine related major. Among them, the coal mine manager, chief engineer, deputy electromechanical manager and general manager, chief engineer and deputy electromechanical manager of the coal mine enterprise group company have full-time technical secondary school education or above in coal mine related majors.

Professional qualification. "Five members" have obtained the qualification certificate of safety production knowledge and management ability assessment according to law (the new "five members" have obtained the post qualification according to law within 6 months from the date of taking office), and continue to maintain the corresponding level and ability.

Work experience. The "five-post mine manager" of the high gas outburst mine and the "five-post mine manager" of the high gas outburst mine belonging to the coal mining enterprise group company have more than 5 years of on-site management experience of the outburst mine.

Healthy. Having passed the physical examination in the community or medical institutions at or above the county level, there are no diseases and physical defects that hinder the corresponding underground operation, such as organic heart disease, epilepsy, Meniere's disease, dizziness, hysteria, paralysis agitans, psychosis and dementia.
