Treatment:

Disciple: There was no treatment at first, and I had to pay tuition. If you are familiar with and skilled in your work, you can stay in the factory or in our factory until you find a job in society. If you stay in the factory, the salary is 80% of the society, and you will become a formal worker in the second year.

Intern: At first, there was no treatment and no tuition. After several days of practice, if it can effectively generate benefits for the enterprise, it can be retained. Wages will rise slowly with the level. Look at personal ability.
