Recruitment conditions (1) Basic conditions

1. Adhere to the Four Cardinal Principles, support the Party's line, principles and policies, support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), and have no violations of laws and regulations.

2. Have good moral conduct.

3. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally.

4. Have the qualifications and working ability that meet the requirements of the post.

5. The employed personnel must obey the work arrangement of the unit.

6. Love grass-roots work, have good political and ideological quality, be fair and upright, have good conduct, be principled, have a hard-working spirit, have good moral and psychological quality, have strong discipline, and be able to keep work secrets. Persons under any of the following circumstances cannot participate in recruitment:

1. Having committed a crime and received criminal punishment;

(two) suspected of violating the law and discipline, is being examined and dealt with by the relevant departments;

3. Party discipline and political discipline have not been dismissed;

During the third revolutionary civil war, the people's governments of the liberated areas successively organized forces to reclaim wasteland in the old liberated areas such as Northeast China and North China, and set up a number of state-owned farms. After the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC), a large number of state farms were built and expanded in many areas. The 1950s and early 1960s saw the fastest growth in the number of state-owned farms. After more than 30 years of development, state-owned farms have spread all over China's provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. In the early 1980s, the cultivated land area of state farms accounted for about 5.7% of the total cultivated land area in China.
