1. Materials

2. Cutting materials

b. For leather, lay the entire piece of leather flat on the countertop. There are more than four large light tubes above each countertop. Or use a mercury pen to make a circle mark, then place the paper grid on the intact leather to mark out each part of the bag body, and number it so that it can match the leather grain and color during production. (Because the skin texture and skin color of each piece of leather are different, even if there are differences in different areas of the same skin, if they are not matched for production, a handbag may have several color areas and several skin textures, which will greatly affect the quality of the bag. Affects the beauty of the handbag) For slightly inferior leather, use small paper grids to mark out small pieces of zipper leather or handle parts.

3. Skin shoveling

Because the thickness of the first layer of cowhide is about 2mm-3mm, a skin shoveling machine is required to thin the leather when used to make shaped handbags.

4. Oil edges

5. Workshop production

The production process of handbags is very complicated. There are different methods according to different styles and different leather materials, such as bagging, turning bags; hemming, reverse. Hemming,... some styles also need to use wooden molds to hold up the bag shape, and it is not taken out until the large surface is formed and the inner sleeve is lined. The stitching of FION handbags requires straight and even beads, and the number of stitches per inch is strictly controlled according to the designer's requirements during production. Such as eight needles per inch or ten needles per inch, etc.

6. Quality inspection

If there are small defects (threads, glue, etc.), they will be corrected in the QC department; if there are major problems (stitching, bag shape, etc.), they will be returned to the workshop for rework.

7. Packaging

Packaging is divided into paper and plastic bags. The main purpose of paper stuffing is to perfectly express the shape of the handbag, and also to prevent the handbag from deforming. When inserting the plastic bag, pay attention to smoothness and appearance.

8. Warehouse random inspection (i.e. QA)

Before entering the warehouse, QA will select a certain number of finished products from the production order according to the random inspection ratio and inspect them again. If defects are found again The entire batch of goods will be returned to the QC department for quality inspection and rework.
