Henan Electric Power Welding Training Center (Pingdingshan Base) was established in the 1970s, and it is a professional base to undertake local and systematic welder technical training, examination and evidence collection, welding process qualification examination and technical development. It has the first-,second-and third-class welder examination qualifications stipulated in the electric power industry standard "Rules for Welder Technical Examination", and the qualification certificate of Henan Boiler and Pressure Vessel Pipeline Welder Examination Committee issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and Henan Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. It is the technical guidance center for steel structure welding of Henan Power Grid of State Grid Corporation.
