Why is Jiangyin Mountain View called High-tech Zone?

Jiangyin Shanguan Village belongs to Jiangyin High-tech Zone.

Shanguan Village covers an area of nearly 2.0 square kilometers. There are 8 natural villages 10 villagers' groups. Due to the need of development and construction, from 2003 to 2004, nearly five villagers' groups in three natural villages were demolished as a whole, and most of the relocated farmers in groups 5, 6, 7, 8 and 4 have moved into Xiyuan New Village resettlement community. There are 662 villagers in the village, with a total population of 2 174 and a temporary population of nearly 2,500.
