China Petrochemical Yuanba Purification Plant Recruitment

On October 8th, 65438/kloc-0, the downhole acidizing and fracturing brigade of Southwest Engineering Company successfully completed the acidizing and fracturing construction of Yuanba 10 side 1 well. After acidification, the daily output of natural gas is 633,000 cubic meters under the stable oil pressure of 37.8 MPa.

Well Yuanba 10 side 1 is located in the middle of Changxing Formation reef belt in Yuanba block on the north slope of Bazhong low-gentle structural belt in northeast Sichuan. It is a development well (highly deviated well) deployed by Southwest Oil and Gas Company, with a maximum deviation angle of 79. 14 and a depth of 7273 meters. This well belongs to the production plan of Yuanba gas field, and achieved good results when it was drilled in June 20 1 1 year. The purpose of this acidizing is to remove the mud and cuttings pollution and blockage in the production interval of Changxing Formation during drilling test, communicate natural fractures, restore and improve gas well productivity, further improve productivity and ensure smooth production at the end of the year.

The modified interval of this well is long, and the cumulative perforated interval length is167m, which makes it difficult to prepare acid. In order to realize the uniform transformation of long perforation section, the temporary plugging alternate injection technology was adopted in the design of Southwest downhole acidizing fracturing brigade. At the same time, in order to solve the problems of low surface pressure coefficient and difficult drainage of residual acid in Changxing Formation reservoir, liquid nitrogen injection was used to assist drainage in the later stage of acidification. On June 8th, the acidizing and fracturing construction of Well 10/0 was successfully completed, with 380 cubic meters of acid liquid, 70 cubic meters of fracturing fluid and 0/4 cubic meter of liquid nitrogen.

After three years of construction, Yuanba gas field will be put into production at the end of this year. Well 15 has been put into production at present, and the effect is better than expected. The production of many wells is high, and the recovery of this well will further provide favorable guarantee for the production and operation of Yuanba gas field.
