In accordance with the spirit of the "Taiyuan City Interim Measures for Public Recruitment of Additional Personnel in Public Institutions", in 2012, public institutions affiliated to the Taiyuan Forestry Bureau will recruit additional personnel through open recruitment. The announcement is as follows:

5. Recruitment Methods
(1) Registration and Qualification Review
1. Online registration is used for this recruitment. Applicants must prepare necessary materials for registration in advance and truthfully submit personal information according to the requirements of the registration system through the online registration page. The qualification review work is carried out by each recruitment unit under the guidance of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and is supervised by the Municipal Forestry Bureau.
After passing the qualification review, pay the examination fee from the online payment system. The examination fee is 40 yuan per subject, the registration fee is 10 yuan per person, and each applicant must pay an examination fee of 90 yuan.
2. The ratio of each recruitment position to the number of applicants should generally be more than 1:5. If the ratio does not meet the requirements, the recruitment quota will be reduced accordingly or the recruitment position will be cancelled; candidates with a master's degree or above or a deputy senior or above will be recruited. The positions can be relaxed to 1:3.
3. Candidates who apply for canceled positions can apply for other positions that meet the qualifications.
4. Applicants must submit personal information and materials truthfully and accurately, and are responsible for the authenticity of the information and materials submitted. Anyone who provides false information and materials will be disqualified from the examination and recruitment.

(2) Written test
1. The content of the written test consists of two subjects, namely public subjects and professional subjects.
The public *** subject test lasts for 90 minutes and is worth 100 points, accounting for 40% of the total written test score.
The examination time for professional subjects is 90 minutes and is worth 100 points, accounting for 60% of the total score of the written examination.
The total score of the written test is calculated on a percentage basis (total score of the written test = public *** subject score × 40, professional subject score × 60).
2. The written test will be held in late June. Please log in to the website for the specific time. Candidates who have passed the review and paid the fee can print the "Admission Ticket" from the Internet. The time and location of the written test shall be based on the "Admission Ticket".
(3) Interview
After the written test, based on the order of the total written test score from high to low, the candidates to participate in the interview will be determined in a ratio of three times the number of people planned for the recruitment position.
The interview adopts a structured interview method, mainly by answering questions and assessing the basic qualities and related organizational coordination and adaptability of the candidates required for professional and technical positions.
Interview scores are calculated on a hundred-point scale. Those with a score of 60 or above are considered qualified, and those who fail will be eliminated directly.
(4) Recruitment
After the written test and interview, the number of people to be hired will be planned according to the recruitment position, and based on the total test score (total test score = written test score × 50 interview score × 50). The candidates for physical examination and assessment will be determined in equal order from high to low.
The physical examination will be conducted in accordance with the civil servant physical examination standards. Those who fail the physical examination will have their qualifications for recruitment cancelled.
The main content of the inspection is the political ideology, moral character and practical performance of the personnel to be recruited, and the basic registration information such as academic qualifications, degrees and qualifications will be reviewed. Those who fail the examination will have their qualifications for recruitment cancelled.
Those who pass the physical examination and inspection will be announced on the Taiyuan City Personnel Examination Network. The publicity period is one week and is subject to social supervision. If the reported problem is true and does not meet the recruitment requirements, the recruitment qualification will be cancelled.
6. Notes
1. Candidates who fail to conduct qualification review and on-site confirmation within the time limit will be deemed to have automatically given up the exam.
2. Applicants who are currently employed must obtain the consent of their original workplace.
3. Electronic photo requirements:
The photo uploaded by the candidate must be a recent, full-face, color ID photo of the candidate without a hat. Make sure the photo is clear and legible. Others such as life photos, video captures, Photos taken by cameras will not be reviewed; the size of the photo should be one inch or two inches smaller, the file size must be between 15kb and 45kb, and both ears should be exposed.
