Which one is better, XAG or DJI?

In fact, XAG should not be compared with DJI Innovations, but with DJI Agriculture. Because XAG focuses on agriculture, while DJI focuses on consumer drones, there is no comparison. In terms of agriculture, I think XAG is still better than DJI. Why? Let me analyze it from several roles:

For farmers: T16 uses a pressure nozzle, and P30 uses a centrifugal nozzle. The pressure nozzle is easy to clog, and needs to be constantly replaced with nozzles of different apertures to achieve the desired results. To achieve the desired atomization effect, the centrifugal nozzle head is not only difficult to block, but also can achieve different atomization effects with one nozzle. From the perspective of economic applicability, one centrifugal nozzle should be able to withstand the pressure of several nozzles. The degree of atomization is also better than that of XAG. The atomization particle size of the P30 2019 model is 90-300um, while the T16 produced by DJI is only 170-265um. The atomization range is basically half smaller than that of XAG.

For pilots: XAG can use AB point mode, manual control, and RTK flight. Unlike DJI, which requires such a large handle to control, XAG only needs a back clip It can be done with an ordinary mobile phone, greatly reducing the customer's troubles.

For onlookers: XAG has 5 radars + telescope, which can avoid obstacles autonomously in all directions, while DJI can only avoid obstacles in the front and rear. The comparison is clear at a glance. XAG also has a fruit tree mode, intelligent spreading system, etc., which can achieve precise spraying.

For pesticide manufacturers: XAG not only cooperates with giant pesticide companies such as Bayer, but data shows that using XAG’s drones and Bayer’s drugs has increased crop production a lot.

Generally speaking, XAG’s plant protection drones are much better than DJI’s. Of course, this is only in agriculture. As for whether XAG will return to consumer drones in the future, I have no way of knowing.
