Why did the boss call behind my back to recruit people?

It may not sound good to tell the truth, but the boss and supervisor, as superiors, do have the right to dismiss people.

If you still feel that you are not wrong, then ask you: isn't it your fault that you didn't handle the relationship with your superiors well?

The society is very realistic, and we can only get involved with our superiors.

Or, fire them and we quit!
