China Life Property & Casualty Insurance Campus Recruitment

Let me introduce myself. I am an insurance major. I am a new employee who will join China Life through campus recruitment in 2013. I am also more concerned about China Life's remuneration issues. I spent a lot of time investigating China Life's salary issues. At the same time, I interned at a county-level branch in the western region of China Life for a month, which gave me a relatively preliminary understanding of China Life. I understand, and I have read a lot of posts about China Life’s issues. I summarize the following points:

First, the salary in the first year may indeed be very small. It should be said that it is pitifully small. After working for one year The salary may increase in the future, but it is not clear how much the increase will be. The situation in each place is different, and the level of performance development is also different. It cannot be generalized. Of course, the treatment of entering the head office and the provincial company will definitely be good. The county-level branch of our internship is located in an economically backward area in the west, but its performance is pretty good. I asked a senior who joined the company last year and the salary can reach about 2,000.

Secondly, China Life is a traditional state-owned enterprise with very complicated personnel relationships. Most of the establishment was absorbed by internal staff, leaving few opportunities for outsiders. After President Yuan Li took over in 2011, he made great changes to China Life. Reforms have been carried out, and all rights have basically been taken away. County-level branches only have marketing service functions and have no personnel and financial rights. The lowest level of personnel and financial rights are in the municipal company, so in addition to the unified organization organized by the head office and provincial companies Recruitment is organized. Most of the campus recruitment of life insurance companies is staffed, and I’m not sure. So far, many property and casualty insurance companies have no staff. The reason is that property and casualty insurance companies have just been established and require highly educated people, so most of the staffing is absorbed internally.

Thirdly, China Life’s performance in recent years has not been very good. As long as you are at the most basic level of the company, whether you are in the internal office or the field, you will have a workload when encountering performance conflicts. County-level The branch companies are under the greatest pressure, but those recruited from the school do not necessarily stay in the city or provincial companies. They are basically transferred to the lowest-level units, but they are not insured. No matter where you go now, there is work pressure, and there are banks that everyone wants to go to.

In short, China Life’s recruitment pit is still a bit small, but the work is still very training. I only know this much. You are welcome to add to it. Please don’t ask me other questions. I know this Much more.

To add, China Life’s grass-roots units are still quite short of people, and there are quite a few retirees, some of whom are older. As you all know, besides, you don’t have to work at China Life for the rest of your life. After a few years, if you have work experience, you can go to a place with better pay.
