★Former substitute teacher
Currently registered in Guangdong Province, signed " "Contract for Employment of Substitute Teachers", which has been filed with the county-level education administration department and has been teaching continuously for more than one academic year (or two semesters) in public primary and secondary schools (including kindergartens and affiliated preschools) in our province. Former substitute teachers who are employed as formal staff by state agencies, state-owned enterprises and institutions.

The following people are not included in the scope of the investigation: former private teachers who retired from work and retired within the plan; former private substitute teachers who died before the implementation of this plan; Former private substitute teachers who have been fired or dismissed for committing crimes or violating national policies and regulations.
Calculation of working years
★Working years refer to the years of teaching in public primary and secondary schools (including kindergartens and affiliated preschools) in our province. For former private substitute teachers who meet the identification conditions, one academic year (or two semesters) of teaching shall be considered as one working year.
★Former private substitute teachers who have been teaching continuously for one academic year (or two semesters) in public primary and secondary schools (including kindergartens and affiliated preschools) in our province, and then interrupt their teaching many times, will be deemed to have continued teaching for one full academic year (or two semesters). Those who have taken more than 1 semester can be accumulated by semester, otherwise they will not be accumulated. If there is one semester left in the accumulated working years, it will be counted as one academic year.
Working Procedures
★Step One: Personal Application
