Leshan City Minimum Wage Standard

After research, the municipal government decided to adjust the city’s current monthly minimum wage standards and hourly minimum wage standards for part-time employees. The adjusted standards are now notified as follows.

1. The adjusted monthly minimum wage standard in the city is 1,970 yuan per month (91 yuan per day).

2. The adjusted minimum wage standard for part-time employees in the city is 21 yuan per hour.

The above standards include social insurance premiums and housing provident funds payable by individuals. But it does not include the following items: overtime wages; allowances for special working conditions or special working environments such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and hazardous, etc.; non-wage labor insurance stipulated in laws, regulations, rules and policies. Welfare benefits; non-monetary subsidies paid by employers to workers.
