Marine Police refers to maritime vigilance, which is also the abbreviation of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the National Marine Police. Originally under the Ministry of Land and Resources, the State Oceanic Administration (China Marine Police) Marine Police Force.

The marine police force is mainly responsible for maritime rescue, maritime public security management and maritime rights enforcement.
