Minimum service life of Hong 'an Court

Five years. The personnel recruited by Hong 'an Court belong to civil servants. According to Article 6 of the Regulation on the Grading of Newly Recruited Civil Servants, the minimum service life of newly recruited civil servants is five years. During these five years, they may not change their jobs or status. Newly hired civil servants with service period shall not be transferred, lent, participated in public election or selection, transferred to public institutions to change their identity, and shall not re-participate in civil service examinations and recruitment of public institutions.
