Product operating procedures and precautions 1. Before use, the mold should be thoroughly cleaned and renovated. Coat a layer of high-temperature resistant wax on the surface of the mold with a soft cloth, and polish it like a mirror after it is slightly dried. 3. Brush a layer of release agent on the surface of the waxed mold. Pay attention to the uniform coating of release agent, and do not miss coating, otherwise it will affect the product quality and even cause waste products. 4. After the release agent is completely dried, brush it on the mold with surface resin (product gel coat) to make a surface layer. The surface layer is gel coat resin, and any gel coat can be used to decorate high temperature resistant resin. 5. Add 4-8% curing agent to S-793 high-temperature unsaturated polyester resin and stir evenly, then add 3-6% accelerator and stir evenly (the amount of accelerator is small at high temperature and large at low temperature), inject the mixed slurry into the mold, vibrate slightly, vacuumize to remove bubbles, and let it stand for about 30 minutes. After the raw materials naturally solidify, first remove the female die, release the heat in the mold and wait for the product. 6. Trim the product taken out of the mold, then wash off the release agent with clear water, polish and shape it, pack it and put it in storage. Attention: ① Grasp the curing agent and accelerator as accurately as possible. Too many curing agents and accelerators are easy to explode and deform, which affects the quality of products and causes shrinkage and deformation. Too little curing agent will cause problems such as slow curing and adhesion. The proportion of the formula is based on the room temperature of 18 degrees Celsius. In actual production, the actual application ratio of the formula should be adjusted according to the specific room temperature, that is, the dosage of methyl ethyl ketone and decoloring accelerator decreases at high temperature, and increases on the contrary. Increase or decrease the dosage of methyl ethyl ketone and decoloring accelerator, the dosage will decrease by 0.5% for every 5℃ increase in temperature, and increase by 5% on the contrary. ② Pay attention to the room temperature when producing products, and control it between 18-22℃. If the temperature is too high, it is easy to crack and if it is too low, it is easy to deform. When using FRP mold, it is necessary to polish the wax and release agent, otherwise it will be difficult to demould and cause waste products. ③ The demoulded products should be left standing for 7- 15 days, and then trimmed, polished and assembled after being completely cured. 2. Formulation of crystal mold: (weight ratio) 1. Surface mold gel coat resin 100, curing agent 4-8, accelerator 2-4. Material of reinforcement layer: high-temperature resistant resin 100, curing agent 4-8, accelerator 3-6, and mold manufacturing process: raw tire grinding-raw tire waxing-raw tire brushing release agent-first mold gel coat resin brushing-second mold gel coat resin brushing-third mold gel coat resin brushing-high-temperature resistant resin brushing-three-layer felt paving-paving 3-. Whether the shape of the product to be polished is smooth or not is directly related to the polishing degree of the original tire. The smoother the grinding, the brighter the products made by the mold. We must work hard to polish and trim the original tire to produce high-quality products. 2? Apply high-temperature resistant wax (Ship brand made in carnauba wax, Taiwan Province Province, Samsung brand wax or 99 wax polish) on the modeling surface, and polish it as bright as a mirror with a soft cloth. 3? Apply a layer of polyvinyl alcohol release agent (the release agent is prepared according to the proportion of 9 parts of polyvinyl alcohol 17-99+100 parts of water, and 10-20% alcohol can be added for quick drying). Note that the molecular weight of polyvinyl alcohol used should be higher than 80%, otherwise the demoulding effect will be reduced. 4? After the release agent is completely dried, brush three layers of high-temperature resistant gel coat resin to make a wear-resistant layer (surface layer). 5? After the wear-resistant layer is dried, brush the high-temperature resistant resin, and then spread the three-layer felt with the brush and compact it (30g/m2 alkali-free neutral glass fiber felt). 6? Spread a layer of chopped felt on the surface felt, and stick it with resin (300-400g/m2 medium-alkali glass fiber felt). 7? On the chopped felt, spread 5-6 layers of 04 # medium alkali glass fiber cloth, and paste resin for compaction. 8? Put it into the prepared formwork (the formwork can be made of wood in advance). 9? Use 04 # medium alkali glass fiber cloth to stick resin, and wrap the mold bracket tightly and tightly. 10? After fully curing and molding, the mold can be removed from the original tire, the release agent can be washed off, and the surface can be polished with 800 # or more water sandpaper to make a complete mold. Note: Curing agent and accelerator must be added to all resins needed for molding, and the formula ratio is: resin 100, curing agent 4 parts-accelerator 8 parts, 3-6 parts (depending on the air temperature, the higher the temperature, the lower it will be).
