The Development Course of Shaanxi Yan 'an Power Plant

On the morning of April 1 2008, the huge cold water tower of Datang Yan 'an Power Plant collapsed by directional blasting. From now on, the small thermal power units in the power plant will be demolished by blasting. This marks the implementation of energy conservation and emission reduction policies in our province and the official start of specific actions to shut down small thermal power plants.

At 8 o'clock in the morning, the blasting work was ready. With Zhao's command, after the countdown, the huge cold water tower disappeared from the factory with a bang. The cold water tower of Datang Yan 'an Power Plant was built in 199 1 year, which is a hyperbolic cold water tower with a square meter of 1000. The blasting was undertaken by Xi Anpengcheng Blasting Engineering Co., Ltd., and the directional collapse blasting method was adopted. At this point, Yan 'an Power Plant, which has been in operation for 54 years, began to demolish the unit by blasting.

Datang Yan 'an Power Plant is a key construction project in Shaanxi during the First Five-Year Plan period. It is a red power plant developed and strengthened under the cordial care of the CPC Central Committee, Premier the State Council and Premier Zhou Enlai. In the past 50 years, it has generated 3.5 billion kWh of electricity, which has played a positive role in economic construction and industrial and agricultural production in the old revolutionary base areas. By the end of 1999, Datang Yan 'an Power Plant shut down 1 2 units, and in June 2008, 65438+ 10/0 shut down Unit 3. So far, all power plants have been shut down.

As early as April 6, 2007, Datang Yan 'an Power Plant and Yan 'an Municipal Government signed an investment letter of intent for Yan 'an Thermal Power Project, and started construction of two 300,000 kW cogeneration technical transformation projects of Datang Yan 'an Power Plant. The new project has taken effective measures in saving water, oil, land and coal, and at the same time, the emissions of sulfur dioxide and soot will be reduced by 64.5% and 93% respectively compared with those before the technical transformation. After the project is completed, it will greatly improve the urban area and surrounding environment of Yan 'an, meet the heating demand of Yan 'an, and play a great role in promoting the construction of ecological Yan 'an and harmonious Yan 'an.
