(5) The water inlet and outlet switches are flexible and in place.

(6) The air compressor and air supply system are operating normally, without abnormal sound and air leakage, and the pressure should be kept within the specified range.

(7) The operation area, storage area and operation area must be clearly marked.

2 After the mixing system is started, it should be run in the air first to check the mechanical operation. After confirming that the mixing system is normal, automatic cycle production can be started. It is forbidden to stop or start with load.

3 Pay attention to all kinds of instruments, indicators, belt conveyors and dosing machine's feeding system when working, and remove large stones and foreign bodies in time when they are found; If abnormal conditions are found, stop production immediately; In case of emergency, cut off the power supply immediately and report to the relevant personnel.

Operators must operate according to the prescribed procedures, and when the microcomputer fails, it must be maintained by professionals.

5 It is forbidden for non-operating personnel to enter the production area during operation.

6 It is forbidden to open the safety cover and the mixing cover for inspection and lubrication during operation, and it is forbidden to put tools and sticks into the mixing barrel for disassembly or cleaning. When the hopper rises, it is forbidden to work or walk under it.

7 During aerial maintenance, two or more people must work, fasten your seat belts and make necessary safety protection. In case of strong wind, rain, snow and other weather, maintenance work shall not be carried out at high altitude.

Workers working under the operating platform must wear safety helmets.

9 When maintaining and repairing the top drum of the mixer, and cleaning the inner lining and reamer of the mixer, the power supply must be cut off, and a clear "No Closing" sign should be set at the switch box, and a special person should be assigned for supervision. When cleaning in the mixer, the door of the machine must be opened and supervised outside.

10 When discharging at the bottom of the upper hopper, the hopper must be lifted to a suitable position and the safety pin inserted into the track; When removing the residual materials in the feeding hopper, the power supply must be cut off, and there is a special person to monitor it.
