Based on the actual work and after research by the school, it has been decided to launch the recruitment of full-time counselors in 2023. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

IV. Recruitment Procedures

(1) Registration

1. Registration by email is from now until March 31, 2023.

2. Applicants need to fill in the "Guilin University of Technology 2023 Full-time Counselor Recruitment Registration Form" (see Attachment 1), "Guilin University of Technology 2023 Full-time Counselor Recruitment Summary Form" (see Attachment 2) , and submit electronic scanned copies of relevant supporting materials such as ID card, academic degree certificate, award certificate, professional title certificate, CET-4 or CET-6 English transcripts, certification materials for serving as a student cadre during undergraduate or postgraduate studies, and party member certification materials. Fresh graduates are required to Provide an electronic scanned copy of the graduate employment recommendation form.

(2) Qualification review

The Personnel Department and the Ministry of Education and Engineering will conduct a preliminary qualification review of the applicants in accordance with the open recruitment conditions and job requirements, determine the list of candidates to participate in the written recruitment test, and publish it on April 4 The list will be published on our school's campus website before May 7th. Applicants are requested to check it carefully.

Applicants who take part in the recruitment written examination must, in principle, bring their personal ID card or household register, undergraduate and graduate degree certificates (referring to previous students, fresh students bring employment recommendation forms), study Transcripts, award certificates, ID cards, student ID cards (fresh graduates), student cadre certificates or full-time and part-time counselor work certificates, party member certificates and other relevant materials must be verified by the Student Affairs Department of our school.

(3) Examination

1. Written examination

The written examination is conducted in the form of a closed-book examination, with a total score of 100 points.

The content of the written examination mainly covers current affairs politics, theories related to the work of college counselors, and student work practices, etc.

2. Interview

The interview will be conducted in the form of personal statement, answer questions, and questions from the judges. It will mainly examine the applicant's language expression ability, comprehensive analysis ability, adaptability, talent, expertise, and appearance. Comprehensive qualities such as manners, civility and courtesy.

After the interview, the school will conduct a psychological test on the applicants (not used for score calculation, only for reference).

3. Results announced

After the written test, each job category will determine interview qualifications in a ratio of 1:3 based on the written test scores from high to low. If a certain job category participates in the written test When the number of candidates does not reach the ratio of 1:3, the number of candidates for the interview will be determined based on the actual number of shortlisted candidates for the position.

The list of qualified candidates for the interview will be announced on our campus website before 12:00 the day after the written test. The remaining candidates can go to the Personnel Office at the designated time to check their written test scores; the results of all participants in the interview will be at the end of the interview It will be announced on the campus website of our school before 12:00 on the first working day after.

(4) Assessment

According to the interview scores for each position category, the assessment objects will be determined in a ratio of 1:2 from high scores to low scores, and will be announced on our campus website.

Mainly examine the political and ideological performance, moral character, business ability, work performance, etc. of the candidates through job trials, interviews, surveys, etc., and review the employment qualifications.

(5) Determine the personnel to be hired

The assessment targets will report on their work in the trial positions.

The Human Resources Department and the Academic and Engineering Department will propose employment proposals and submit them to the school for review and finalization based on the comprehensive assessment of the candidates.

(6) Physical examination, announcement, and employment

Persons to be hired must go to a domestic top-level hospital for a physical examination. The physical examination standards shall be based on the physical examination standards for civil servant recruitment and the physical examination expenses shall be borne by themselves.

The Human Resources Department will publicize the candidates who have passed the physical examination on our campus website. Those who have no objections after the publicity will go through the relevant procedures according to the employment procedures.

If there are vacancies among the personnel to be hired who have given up joining the job or failed the physical examination, they will be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score among the assessment subjects.
