When will the Xiazhangquan r 1 line be completed?

As of June 2023, the completion time has not yet been determined. The R 1 line of Xiamen intercity rail has been included in the list of key projects in Fujian Province in 2023, and construction will start in the second half of 2023. Xiamen-Zhangquan R 1 line is an intercity railway running through Xiamen, Zhangzhou and Quanzhou, and it is the main skeleton line of the intercity railway in Xiamen-Zhangquan metropolitan area.
