Zhentai has little development ability, so don't fantasize about designing products with other engineers after working in the department. Now the products produced by Zhentai are often provided by customers and outsourced by software. Until these two years, we gradually developed some products independently in small household appliances or electrical appliances, but they were not very good. On the one hand, there is no technology accumulation. On the other hand, I don't want to spend money to invite more people with real experience back to help design, so I really don't have such a general feeling. Working in Zhentai, the pressure is not too great, sometimes it feels like "supporting the elderly", and the work content is more complicated.
