Historical evolution

In the Western Han Dynasty, it was Taoxian County, and it was called Taocheng in history. It belonged to the Xindu Kingdom. In the Eastern Han Dynasty, it belonged to the Lecheng Kingdom, and it belonged to Jizhou during the Three Kingdoms period.
