Can a foreign hukou test the police in Beijing?

Foreign hukou can take the police exam in Beijing, but the premise must be that the current graduates, previous graduates must have permanent residence in Beijing, and have personnel and administrative relations in Beijing (excluding 20 15 non-Beijing graduates and non-Beijing graduates whose household registration files are kept in the school).

The Announcement of Beijing Public Security Bureau on Recruiting People's Police in 20 16 stipulates the recruitment conditions as follows:

In order to meet the needs of the development of public security work in the capital and strengthen the construction of the public security team in the capital, with the approval of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau plans to recruit more than 3,000 people's policemen in 20 16. People who are interested in joining the public security work in the capital are welcome to apply actively. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Scope of Recruitment

(1) Beijing Shengyuan 20 16 Full-time graduates of ordinary colleges and universities and ordinary higher vocational and technical colleges listed in the national unified enrollment plan (excluding orientation and evaluation).

(2) 20 16 fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities in Beijing who are included in the national unified enrollment plan (excluding orientation and entrusted training) and are not Beijing-born undergraduate or above.

(3) 20 16 graduates who were listed in the "985 Project" universities outside Beijing and won the "three good students", "outstanding student cadres" or "outstanding student scholarships" at or above the school level.

(4) Persons with permanent residence in Beijing and personnel administrative relations in Beijing as of the time of civil service examination registration (excluding 20 15 non-Beijing graduates and previous non-Beijing graduates whose household registration files are kept in the school).

(5) Retired university student soldiers who completed their service in 20 16 years, including: full-time students enrolled in general higher education in accordance with the national enrollment plan for ordinary colleges and universities, 2016 fresh graduates who joined the army from our city during their school days and resumed their studies after retirement; Retired soldiers who joined the army from our city in the year of graduation and retired from active service on 20 15.

(6) College graduates (hereinafter referred to as "college student village officials") who are employed as assistant to the secretary of the village party branch, assistant to the director of the village committee and assistant to the director of the farmers' professional cooperative in accordance with the relevant provisions of our city and who are still on the job when signing up for the civil service examination. Among them, those who are identified as candidates to be hired must complete the three-year employment contract for college student village officials and pass the examination before they can go through the recruitment procedures for civil servants.

Second, the basic conditions

(1) 18 years old but under 35 years old (born between 1979 1 1.8);

(two) politically reliable, no bad record, volunteer to engage in public security work.

(3) Applicants must meet the standards for recruiting people's police by public security organs, and be able to take and complete various police entrance examinations and recruitment procedures within the time limit: 1. Physical fitness test standard (see annex); 2. Physical examination standards (see general standards and special standards in the annex, among which, with regard to vision standards, unilateral corrected vision below 5.0 is unqualified); 3. Qualified in psychological test; 4. Qualified in political examination.

(4) Applicants who have passed all the examinations and tests and are employed by our bureau shall be uniformly distributed by the municipal bureau, and applicants must obey the organizational distribution;

(5) Having other qualifications required for the proposed post.

Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and those who have been expelled from public office, those who have been found to have serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels, active servicemen, civil servants, staff of organs (units) managed by reference to the Civil Service Law, non-fresh graduates who are studying, civil servants who have been expelled for less than five years, and those who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants according to laws and regulations are not allowed to register.

Candidates are not allowed to apply for the job in avoidance relationship.
