Is Qingdao Sifang Machinery Factory a state-owned enterprise?

What we usually call Sifang machinery factory no longer exists. After the reorganization, the original Sifang Machinery Factory has been reorganized into CSR Sifang Co., Ltd. and CSR Sifang Co., Ltd., both of which are state-owned enterprises and subsidiaries of the central enterprise China CSR. Among them, CSR Sifang Co., Ltd. produces EMUs and subway trains, which is the main body of the original Sifang Machinery Factory, and Sifang Co., Ltd. mainly produces carriages. At present, Sifang Co., Ltd. and Sifang Company have moved their production entities to Jihongtan, and the original Sifang factory is no longer producing.
