The talent service code is a quick access to services such as academic certification, personnel files for mobile workers, graduate registration, job hunting, social security checks, and understanding of talent settlement policies. Applicants with a full-time college degree or above can be verified online and apply for a talent service code. If the verification is successful, the result will be black.

The verification scope of the talent code has been full-time junior college or above from ordinary colleges and universities with nationally recognized academic qualifications since 2002 (same as the academic qualification certification scope of the Ministry of Education Xuexin Network). Currently, due to the particularity of foreign academic qualifications and military academies, the database is still under construction and does not currently support direct certification of talent codes.
