Introduction to the Center of Zhongshan Talent Information Network

Zhongshan Talent Exchange Management Center is a public institution affiliated to the Zhongshan Municipal Personnel Bureau. The main functions are:

1. Implement national, provincial and municipal policies and regulations on talent mobility, employment of college graduates, introduction of foreign experts, and returnees from overseas studies.

2. Handle the transfer in and out of professional technical personnel and management personnel of various enterprises and units.

3. Handle personnel agency business for various types of talents and mobile personnel.

5. Responsible for the management of cadre files of converted enterprises.

6. Organize city-wide large-scale talent exchange meetings and supply and demand meetings for college and technical secondary school graduates.

7. Collect, organize and publish relevant talent information, and manage the Zhongshan Talent Information Network.

8. Guide the business work of various industries, system talent exchange centers and social talent agencies.
