The relevant matters are now notified as follows:

1. Number of selections

The city’s *** selection is 1,200. Please see the attached table for the selection quotas for each county (city, district).

2. Registration qualifications and conditions

6. Good health.

7. Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to register:

3. Selection procedures and methods

(1) Registration and qualification review

1. Registration time and location:

Province Fresh graduates from colleges and universities in 2009 should register at their institutions from April 23 to May 8, 2009; graduates from previous colleges and universities in the province and graduates from colleges and universities outside the province should register from April 25 to April 2009. Centralized registration will be held at the Changzhi Municipal Library on the 29th (9:00 to 17:00 every day).

2. Registration requirements:

① This registration will be conducted through on-site centralized registration. Applicants should fill in their preferences according to the principle of proximity, and each candidate can only fill in one preference. Please fill in the application form to the county (city, district), and the application form must be for the county (city, district) of this city.

② When registering, applicants are required to bring the original and 2 copies of their ID card (16K), the original and 1 copy of their academic certificate (16K), and 3 recent one-inch front-facing photos with red background and the same version (Fresh college graduates from outside the province must hold a student status certificate issued by their school).

③Applicants cannot register with the new and old ID cards at the same time; the ID cards used for registration and examination must be consistent.

④ After the preliminary review of qualifications, qualified applicants should truthfully fill in two copies of the "Shanxi Province Selection of Outstanding College Graduates to Work in Villages (Communities) Application Form".

⑤After the registration is completed, the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee will review the qualifications of the applicants and issue "Admission Tickets" (the specific time will be notified separately).

⑥Applicants should be responsible for the relevant information and materials submitted. Anyone who commits fraud will be disqualified upon verification, and the falsifiers and relevant responsible persons will be held accountable.

(2) Written test

All candidates who apply for the examination in all counties (cities, districts) of our city (including candidates who register in this city and those who register in provincial universities in 2009 graduates), all take the written examination in this city.

The written examination subject is comprehensive knowledge, which mainly tests the candidates’ administrative professional abilities, basic theoretical knowledge, knowledge that they need to know in the construction of a new socialist countryside and village-level management. The written examination time limit is 150 minute.

The written examination is planned to be held in Changzhi in late May (the specific time will be notified separately). After the written test, based on the written test scores of the candidates, the interview candidates will be determined from high to low in a ratio of 1:1.5 between the selection quota and the candidates in each county (city, district) (the last candidate with the same written test score) , can enter the interview at the same time).

(3) Adjustment

After the written examination, if the number of candidates selected by the county (city, district) is less than 1: 1.5 ratio can be adjusted. The specific adjustment method is: ① The municipal recruitment office announces the vacant counties (cities, districts) and quotas; ② Candidates who have not been interviewed in the original county (city, district) can choose a vacant county (city, district) to sign up voluntarily Adjustment; ③ The Municipal Selection and Recruitment Office will determine the supplementary quotas for counties (cities, districts) to supplement the vacant places in order from high to low based on the written test scores of re-reported volunteer candidates until the amount is filled.

(4) Interview

The interview focuses on testing the candidate’s basic qualities such as psychological quality, comprehensive analysis, macro decision-making, logical thinking, on-the-spot response, language organization and expression ability. After the interview, the candidate's comprehensive score will be calculated using the weighted calculation method of written test and interview scores.

The weight ratio of the written test and interview is 40% and 60% (calculation formula: comprehensive score = written test score × 40% + interview score × 60%). When the comprehensive score contains decimals, it shall be rounded to two decimal places. The comprehensive scores of the candidates will be sorted from high to low (if the comprehensive scores are the same, they will be sorted by interview scores), and candidates will be determined in a 1:1 ratio based on the selection quota.

(5) Inspection

The inspection content includes political ideology, moral character, compliance with laws and regulations, business capabilities, etc. The 2009 graduates from provincial colleges and universities will be inspected by the party committee of the institution where they are located. Candidates who register in our city will be inspected by the organizational departments of each county (city, district). If there are vacancies in the selection of positions due to reasons such as failure to pass the examination or candidates voluntarily giving up, they will be filled in equal amounts according to the overall score from high to low. If the overall scores for the same position are the same, candidates will be filled in order from high to low based on interview scores.

(6) Publicity and Physical Examination

After the inspection, the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee will publicize the list of personnel to be selected in the news media for 7 working days. At the same time, the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee organized physical examinations.

(7) Discussion and decision

The city’s leading group for selecting outstanding college graduates to serve in villages (communities) determines the list of candidates based on test scores, inspections and physical examinations. And submit it to the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee for approval.

(8) Training

The Organization Department of each county (city, district) committee conducts pre-appointment intensive training for college graduate village cadres.

(9) Recruitment and treatment

1. Based on the candidates’ test scores, inspection status, personal strengths, application status, and professional requirements for college graduates at the rural grassroots level, the candidates will be selected based on their student sources. The organization department of each county (city, district) committee determines the personnel to be hired and the specific work location based on the principle of arrangement based on the location closest to the location.

2. The personnel selection and recruitment shall be carried out by the talent exchange service agency affiliated to the personnel department of the government at or above the county (city, district) level (agency fee is waived). According to the current financial system, the wages, allowances, subsidies, insurance, housing provident funds, etc. of college graduate village cadres are implemented in accordance with local full-service public institution management personnel policies, included in county-level financial budget arrangements, and normal promotion and on-time payment are guaranteed . The required funds are borne by the finances of the provinces, cities and counties (cities, districts) they serve, and the towns and villages pay wages on their behalf.

3. Before the selected personnel take up their posts, the counties (cities, districts) and relevant towns where they serve shall sign employment contracts with them. The contract period is generally 3 years (exempt from probation period). After the expiration, they can be The work requires renewal of the contract according to one's wishes. If the individual needs to terminate the contract due to joining the military, enrolling in school, passing the civil service examination, being hired by a public institution, or other reasons, he/she must report to the Organization Department of the county (city, district) committee for approval. After the contract expires, those who pass the assessment can renew the employment contract and their benefits will remain unchanged. Those who no longer continue to work in the village (community) can choose their own jobs.

4. If the selected personnel have served in the village (community) for two years, passed the organizational assessment, and applied for civil servants and public institutions at all levels in our province, 5 points will be added to the total score of the written examination; If you are a graduate student from an institution, 10 points will be added to the total score.

5. Those who are selected as formal Party members of the Communist Party of China are generally arranged to serve as deputy secretaries or branch members of the village (community) party branch; they are probationary members of the Communist Party of China or non-Chinese Communist Party members. Those who are party members are generally arranged to serve as the assistant director of the village committee (community neighborhood committee) or be elected as the deputy director of the village committee (community neighborhood committee) in accordance with the law.

4. Others
