What is differential admission?

Face difference admission is relative to equal admission.

The so-called differential admission is the elimination system, that is, the ratio of the number of people participating in the interview to the final admission is greater than 1: 1.

For example, a company actually recruited 20 people and selected 25 people to enter the interview through the written test. After passing the interview, 20 people were finally hired and 5 people were eliminated.

However, as a standardized recruitment announcement, the admission method should be clearly stated in the recruitment announcement.
