Is Binhai Xiaowai a key school?

Binhai Xiaowai, the full name of Binhai Foreign Language School affiliated to Tianjin Foreign Studies University, was founded in 1964. It is one of the first foreign language schools in China and is affectionately called "Xiaowai" by Tianjin people.

The school is a key middle school directly under Tianjin, the first batch of demonstration schools, and the vice president of the National Foreign Language School.
