(3) Logistics area
The planned area is 10 square kilometers. The main purpose is to take advantage of the development zone's convenient transportation and location advantages, plan and build a large-scale modern logistics park, focus on the construction of the Yudong modern logistics park integrating port, railway, highway, aviation, and information advantages, and actively develop transportation, warehousing, distribution, and packaging , loading and unloading, circulation processing, information processing and other modern logistics service industries. (4) Characteristic leisure and entertainment area
The planned area is 35 square kilometers. The main purpose is to use the superior natural scenery and good environment of Nama to build an urban tourism and characteristic leisure activity center. Focus on the construction of Nama characteristic leisure and entertainment park. So far, it has developed an area of ??500 acres, and projects in the area include Phoenix Green City.
