The Nanning Coastal Economic Corridor Development Zone Park plans four major functional areas.

(2) Yudong City

The planned area is 40 square kilometers. As the future urban center of Yongning County and the urban sub-center of the Nanning metropolitan area, it will mainly focus on business, financial services and It is mainly a cultural and entertainment center and secondary vocational education, and mainly serves the Coastal Economic Corridor Development Zone, Dashatin Economic Development Zone and surrounding satellite towns. So far, 4,000 acres have been developed. By 2005, 2 square kilometers will be developed and constructed, and in 2010, 10 square kilometers will be developed and constructed.

(3) Logistics area

The planned area is 10 square kilometers. The main purpose is to take advantage of the development zone's convenient transportation and location advantages, plan and build a large-scale modern logistics park, focus on the construction of the Yudong modern logistics park integrating port, railway, highway, aviation, and information advantages, and actively develop transportation, warehousing, distribution, and packaging , loading and unloading, circulation processing, information processing and other modern logistics service industries. By 2005, 4 square kilometers will be developed and constructed, and by 2010, 7 square kilometers will be developed and constructed.

(4) Characteristic leisure and entertainment area

The planned area is 35 square kilometers. The main purpose is to use the superior natural scenery and good environment of Nama to build an urban tourism and characteristic leisure activity center. Focus on the construction of Nama characteristic leisure and entertainment park. So far, it has developed an area of ??500 acres, and projects in the area include Phoenix Green City. In 2005, the development area was 2 square kilometers, and in 2010, the development area was 5 square kilometers.
