In order to optimize the cadre team structure and meet the needs of professional and technical personnel in municipal public institutions, according to (Yuren [2007 〕No. 55) document spirit, after research by the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, it was decided to openly recruit 60 college graduates with master's degrees or above. An implementation plan is now formulated:

1. Recruitment scope and objects

Recruiting personnel with master's degree or above from full-time ordinary institutions of higher learning (including master's degree) nationwide.

2. Recruitment conditions

1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;

2. Support the party’s basic line and principles and policies, and have good Political quality and ideological quality;

3. Abide by laws and regulations, obey arrangements, and have a strong sense of organizational discipline;

4. Have the academic qualifications and relevant qualifications required for the position ;

5. Master students should be under 28 years old (born after June 30, 1983), and doctoral students should be under 30 years old (born after June 30, 1981);

6 .In good health.

3. Registration time and method

⒈Registration time: May 16 to June 6, 2011, (8:30-12:00 am, 15:00 pm -18:00).

⒉Registration location: Conference room on the second floor of Yongcheng City Personnel Bureau (in the municipal government courtyard in the middle section of Dongfang Avenue).

⒊Registration requirements:

(1) Each candidate can only apply for one major, and the major he/she applies for should be consistent with the major he/she is studying;

4. Examination

⒈Written Examination

A doctoral candidate and a master's degree student who has returned from studying abroad are exempt from the written examination, and their scores will be calculated based on the scores of the written examination candidates.

The two written examination subjects are "Administrative Vocational Ability Test" and "Application Theory", with full marks of 100 points respectively.

Third examination time: July 3, 2011, 8:00-10:00 am to test "Administrative Professional Ability Test"; 14:00-16:30 pm to test "Application Theory".

Calculation method for the four written examination scores:

Written examination score = Administrative Vocational Ability Test score × 50 + Application essay score × 50

2. Interview

1. Based on the written test scores, the number of candidates for the interview will be determined in a ratio of 1:1.2 (rounded up) from the highest score to the lowest score. . The interview is worth 100 points.

5. Physical Examination

Based on the total test score (total test score = written test score + interview score), the candidates to participate in the physical examination will be determined in equal numbers according to the number of recruits. The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the "General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)".

6. Assessment

For those who have passed the physical examination, the assessment objects will be determined in equal amounts from high scores to low scores according to the total score of the examination and the number of recruits. Those who fail to pass the assessment can be made up in order based on the total examination score and physical examination results. Based on the results of examinations, physical examinations, and assessments, the personnel to be hired will be determined and announced.

7. Employment and treatment

After the publicity period expires, handle the personnel agency and sign the employment contract. The probation period for newly hired personnel is one year, and the probation period is included in the term of the employment contract. Salaries and benefits during the probation period shall be in accordance with relevant national regulations. After the probationary period expires, those who pass the assessment will be formally employed; those who fail the assessment will be cancelled. Those with a master's degree or above (including master's degree) who have been formally employed for one year and pass the assessment can enjoy the treatment of level 7 staff (professor level).

The personnel recruited this time will be arranged and used by the municipal party committee and the municipal government based on the reported positions, majors and examination results, and will be included in the financial supply.
