The newly-built blast furnace should be arranged on the windward side of the perennial minimum frequency wind direction in the residential area, and the distance between the edge of the factory and the edge of the residential area should not be less than1000 m. The dust collector of the newly-built blast furnace should be located at a distance of 10 meter from the tap hole and slag hole of the blast furnace. The office and living rooms in the factory area should be located at the downwind side of the wind direction with the minimum frequency all the year round, 0/00 meter away from the blast furnace/kloc (lounge, bathroom and dressing room in front of the furnace).
