Age of civil servants applying for prison guards

The applicant shall meet the following conditions:

(1) has China nationality;

(2) They must be at least 18 years old (born on or before1991June 17). Some positions need to be under 27 years old, and they are required to be born on or after June 1982; Those under the age of 29 are required to be born on or after June 1980; Those who need to be under 35 years old are required to be born on or after June 1974.

(3) Supporting the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC);

(4) Having good conduct;

(5) Having the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;

(6) Having the educational level and working ability that meet the post requirements;

(7) Having other conditions required for the position to be applied for.

3. The situations that do not meet the registration conditions are as follows:

(1) Persons who have been identified as candidates for the national civil service recruitment in 2009, civil servants on probation, administrators with reference to the Civil Service Law, students who did not graduate in 2009, active servicemen, civil servants who have been disqualified or dismissed since 2007, administrators with reference to the Civil Service Law, and those who have left their jobs before completing the minimum service period of public institutions (regardless of whether they have gone through resignation procedures) are not allowed to participate in the registration.

(2) Persons who have been criminally punished for crimes, those who have been expelled from public office, and those who cheated in any civil service recruitment examination from 2005 to 2009 do not meet the registration requirements.

(3) Applicants shall not apply for the positions listed in Article 68 of the Civil Service Law together with the civil servants of the recruitment agency. That is, "civil servants who are husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations, and close in-laws are not allowed to hold positions in the same institution where both parties are directly subordinate to the same leader or have direct superior-subordinate leadership relations, nor are they allowed to hold leadership positions in one of them. Institutions engaged in organization, discipline inspection, supervision, auditing, and financial work."

(4) The orientation of recruiting grass-roots civil servants only allows grass-roots civil servants below the county level or those who are approved to refer to civil servant management to apply for the exam, and civil servants above the state level and those who refer to civil servant management are not allowed to apply for the exam. Civil servants in grass-roots organs below the county level or those who are approved to refer to the management of the Civil Service Law may not apply for positions other than those for grass-roots civil servants.

(five) those who do not meet the requirements of the "measures for the employment of people's police in public security organs" do not meet the registration conditions of the people's police in public security organs.

(6) Persons who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants according to laws and regulations are not eligible for registration.
