1. Recruitment Quota and Nature

2. Application conditions

3. Registration and Qualification Review

Qualification review: Each applicant can only apply for one position. When registering, you must provide one original and one copy of your household registration booklet, ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate and related qualification certificates, as well as 4 recent 1-inch color photos without a hat. When registering, fill in the "Zuoquan County Registration Form for Urgently Needed Talents Admitted by County-level Units". Applicants must truthfully submit the above information and materials. If the main information is incorrect, resulting in failure to pass the qualification review, the applicant shall be responsible for the consequences.

Exam opening ratio: The examination opening ratio is 1:3, that is, if the number of applicants for each position is less than 3, the examination shall not be opened. Under special circumstances, with the approval of the recruitment leadership group, the proportion of exams may be appropriately reduced.

On October 29, 2008, those who have registered will go to the original registration point with their ID cards to collect their admission tickets.

4. Examination

1. Written examination. The written examination is conducted in a closed-book format. The county's human resources department will organize a unified written test. The content of the written test is "Administrative Professional Ability Test" and "Application Essay". The written examination adopts a 100-point system, and the "Administrative Vocational Ability Test" and "Apply Paper" each account for 50%.

2. Interview. The interview will be conducted in a structured interview manner. Based on the test scores, interviewees will be selected in a ratio of 1:2 among applicants for the same position. The county recruitment leadership group will organize relevant personnel to conduct interviews, which will mainly test the candidates' comprehensive analysis, logical thinking, adaptability, etc. Interview scores are scored on a percentage scale.

5. Assessment and physical examination

1. Assessment. The candidates to be assessed will be determined by the county recruitment leadership group in equal positions from high to low based on the total test scores of the candidates (written test scores account for 60% and interview scores account for 40%). If there are the same scores, the difference will be determined based on the written test score. The assessment work is jointly conducted by the organization and personnel departments to review the political ideology, moral character, practical performance and application qualifications of the candidates. Once it is found that the personal information provided is inconsistent with the facts, their employment qualifications will be cancelled.

2. Physical examination. The county recruitment work leading group is responsible for organizing the physical examination of the assessment personnel.

The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the standards and items required by the "Notice on Issuing General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" (Guo Ren Bu Fa [2005] No. 1) issued by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health. During the physical examination, you should present your ID card and admission ticket.

After assessment and physical examination, if there is a vacancy, the candidates will be filled in order from high to low based on the total score of the candidates. If there are the same scores, the candidates will be replaced in order according to their written test scores.

After passing the assessment and physical examination, the personnel to be hired will be announced for 7 working days and will be subject to supervision by candidates and the public.

6. Pre-job training

The county recruitment leadership group will organize and arrange necessary pre-job training for the personnel to be hired.

7. Recruitment and treatment

After determining the personnel to be hired, the organization and personnel departments will handle the relevant employment procedures in accordance with the cadre management authority. The employment procedures require the employer and the newly hired personnel to sign a public institution personnel employment contract, which shall be authenticated by the organization and personnel departments.

A one-year probationary period is strictly implemented for hired personnel. Personnel relations during the probation period are handled by the County Talent Exchange Service Center. After the probation period expires, those who pass the assessment of the organization, personnel, and establishment departments will be formally employed; those who fail to pass will be cancelled.
