Road construction steps

1, the design route should be horizontal and vertical, and the slope and turning curve should be reasonable. Because it is a mountain road, some places may not meet the specifications, but we should consider driving convenience as much as possible. Note: Warning signs must be set in complex areas. Except for the filling section, the roadbed of the road is completely replaced with lime-fly ash soil of 40㎝, and the width of replacement is the same as that of lime-fly ash soil in the road structure. 0+633 ~ 0+780 is the filling section. When backfilling, the backfill thickness shall be within 1m and above 1m, and the backfill shall be made of plain soil and lime soil (10%) at intervals. Every time 1m plain soil is backfilled, 20㎝ lime soil is backfilled to the pavement structure layer.

3, grader leveling, drying and crushing: grader leveling, the surface should be flat, and there are rules of road arch.

4, after the completion of the mixture, should be timely maintenance, maintain a certain humidity, should not be too dry, too wet. The curing period is generally not less than 7 days, covered with geotextile and closed with a jade wrench. Mixing cement stabilized macadam, paving with loader on site, primary screening of grader, and construction of water stabilized layer.

5, deal with local uneven lime quantity, to ensure the uniformity of lime paving on the operating surface.

6, after the completion of water-stable layer rolling construction, need to lay plastic film closed maintenance. Curing time meets the requirements. Strengthen watering.
