Article 10 of the Regulations on the Implementation of the Bidding Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) (Draft for Comment) stipulates: "When determining the qualification of a bidding agency, the relevant administrative departments shall review its relevant agency performance, credit status, quality and structure of employees, etc. A bidding agency shall have a certain number of professionals who have obtained professional qualification certificates for bidding and tendering. " According to the above provisions, once the Implementation Regulations are promulgated and implemented, the professional level certificate of the bidder can be automatically converted into the qualification certificate for bidding. According to the above provisions, the tendering agency will attach great importance to the professional level certificate of bidders. In the future, when recruiting personnel, all tendering agencies must take whether they have the professional level certificate of the tenderer as one of the conditions. In order to encourage existing employees to apply for the tenderer, it will be possible to take whether they pass the tenderer's examination as one of the conditions for employing people and raising salary.

As an individual, if you still want to engage in bidding, then with this certificate, you may be reused in the unit, which is of course beneficial when applying for a job. Because the certificate is valid nationwide.

Fourth, professional ethics+ability+certificate is the perfect practitioner.
