LED lighting equipment

LED high-power spotlights: each 500 yuan/day.

LED wall washing lamp: 300 yuan every day.

LED lights: each 200 yuan/day.

Traditional lighting equipment

High power spotlights: each 300 yuan/day.

Shaking light: every 200 yuan/day.

Lantern: 100 yuan/day per set.

Special lighting equipment

Laser light: 1000 yuan/day per set.

Smoker: 200 yuan every day.

Fog machine: each machine 150 yuan/day.

Technical personnel expenses

Lighting Engineer: 800 yuan/person/day.

Assistant Lighting Engineer: 500 yuan/person/day.

Stage lighting equipment rental steps

Step 1: Determine the requirements

Before renting stage lighting equipment, it is necessary to determine the requirements of the event, such as stage size, performance type, venue environment, etc. In this way, the appropriate lighting equipment and technicians can be better selected.

Step 2: Contact the leasing company.

Contact the leasing company, inform the demand and time of the event, and consult the supply and price of stage lighting equipment. If necessary, you can ask the company to provide on-site investigation and lighting design scheme.

Step 3: Sign the contract.

After determining the lease plan, sign a lease contract, and specify the number of equipment, lease time, technical personnel fees and service content. At the same time, the company is required to provide equipment maintenance and repair services.

Step 4: Equipment debugging and installation

On the day before the event or the day before, the leasing company will send the equipment to the site for debugging and installation. Technicians need to adjust the lighting and design the effect according to the scene environment and performance requirements.

Step 5: On-site service of activities

During the activity, technicians need to keep track of equipment operation and performance, and deal with equipment failures and lighting adjustment in time. After the event, the leasing company will disassemble the equipment and transport it back to the company.
