(Xi Arbitration Commission) Provisions on File Access and Copy

First, the parties refer to the provisions of the copy of the document:

1, the party (citizen) needs to provide the original and photocopy of his ID card and the file number when consulting the file;

2. If we need to copy the case file, we need to write an application (explaining the reasons and the contents of the case file to be copied);

3. Based on the principle of non-public hearing and confidentiality of arbitration, if the parties need to copy the other party's evidence materials, they need to provide the other party's power of attorney or letter of introduction.

Two, the legal representative to consult and copy files:

1. Enterprise employees should provide the company's letter of introduction (stamped with the official seal of the company, the original and photocopy of my ID card, and the file number) when consulting the file;

2. Lawyers shall provide agency contract or unit letter of introduction when consulting files (individuals must have the signature of the client, and the company must build official seal, letter of introduction from law firm, original and photocopy of lawyer's certificate, and file number);

3. If we need to copy our evidence materials, we need to write an application (stating the reasons and the contents of the documents to be copied);

4. Based on the principle of non-public hearing and confidentiality of arbitration, if the parties need to copy the other party's evidence materials, they need to provide the other party's power of attorney or letter of introduction.

Third, the outsider consults the case file.

It is necessary to obtain the consent of both parties to the case file and issue relevant procedures (power of attorney or letter of introduction).
