(2) Registration method

Online registration is conducted according to the following procedures:

Applicants can only choose a position in a department (unit) to register, and can't register with both old and new ID numbers. The ID cards used for registration and examination must be the same. Applicants who provide false application materials, once verified, will be disqualified from examination or employment. Anyone who forges or alters relevant certificates or information to defraud the examination qualification shall be disqualified from the examination and shall not apply for civil servants within 5 years.

2. Review the admission qualifications. Suizhou civil servant authorities shall examine the qualifications of applicants according to the prescribed application conditions. 3. Query the qualification examination results. IV. Contents, Time and Place of the Examination

(A) written examination of public subjects

This exam does not specify exam counseling books, nor does it hold or entrust any institution to hold exam counseling training courses.

Location of written examination of public subjects: set up an examination room in Wuhan. Candidates should take the exam at the time and place determined on the admission ticket. When taking the exam, you must bring your admission ticket and ID card at the same time. Candidates who lack documents are not allowed to take the exam.

After the written examination and marking of public subjects, the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security will study and determine the minimum qualified score line.

(3) Results query. The written test scores and minimum qualified scores of public * * * subjects can be inquired on Hubei Personnel Examination Network in early February of 20 10 (see the announcement for details).

(2) Interview

Among those who pass the written test, from high score to low score, the interview candidates are determined according to the proportion of three times the number of planned employees. For positions with less than 3∶ 1 of the number of interviewees and planned recruits, the positions will be transferred or the number of planned positions will be reduced in proportion, and the transferred positions will be uniformly published and publicly transferred on Hubei Personnel Examination Network.

The candidates for adjustment shall be determined according to the order of the written test scores of public subjects from high to low. Before the interview, the competent department of civil servants in Suizhou organized a qualification review. The comprehensive score of the applicants is calculated by the percentage system (the same below), which is converted into 50% of the written test score of public subjects (50% of the administrative professional ability test and 50% of the application) and 50% of the interview score.

After the written examination and interview, the candidates for physical examination and inspection shall be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of1:1.

The physical examination is organized and implemented by the competent department of civil servants in Suizhou. The contents of the investigation mainly include the candidates' political ideology, moral quality, ability and quality, study or work performance, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, and whether they need to be avoided. During the inspection, it is necessary to review the qualifications of candidates. Qualification examination mainly verifies whether the applicant meets the prescribed qualification conditions and confirms whether the information and materials submitted at the time of registration are true and accurate. Those who fail the re-examination will be disqualified and will be replenished from high to low in the written test, interview and physical examination of the same position.

When there is a vacancy due to unqualified medical examination and inspection, the candidates for medical examination and inspection will be replenished from high score to low score.

Upon the expiration of the publicity period, those who meet the employment conditions shall fill in the Approval Form for the Employment of Civil Servants in Hubei Province (in triplicate) with the inspection materials, physical examination form, diploma and ID card copy, and go through the relevant employment procedures.

If the problems that do not meet the employment conditions are reported through publicity and verified through investigation, they will not be employed.

Where the former functionaries and civil servants who resigned in the institutional reform and enjoyed preferential policies intend to be employed after applying for the examination, they must return the resignation subsidies obtained by enjoying preferential policies before submitting for approval.

If the person to be employed has signed a labor contract or employment agreement with the relevant unit, it shall be handled by himself according to the relevant regulations.
